I recently took my equinox, and my silverado, to the chevy dealership and uh, upon return of my vehicles, both had damaged sensors. I reached out both times I called. They insisted that it's just because the batteries tend to die. And when I asked them to check for the damages, the response essentially was that if they deemed that it wasn't their responsibility and that the batteries just died that I would have to pay a fee for them to look. The experience was fairly routine. The reason for the four star rating was the following: I asked the service attendant about purchasing larger wheels for my truck and it just seemed like I was bothering him. He recommended I go elsewhere to a third party instead of purchasing through the parts department. He didn’t take the time to explain options. It was like he just didn’t feel like answering my questions. Zero enthusiasm.
