I am very disappointed in this business and their negative response once I contacted them. I ordered some flowers for an important birthday for a friend who lives in Yass. Their website is called yassflowers.com.au , and has their Country Charm address on the website, so I assumed they would deal with the order. However, it comes under the Petals network based in Armidale and when they sent it to Country Charm, they returned it for more information. That is where it stopped. No follow up to me. Called in today to get some flowers for another local business that had done us a huge favour in collecting our daughter from a highway breakdown. The florist owner was really charming and understanding of our stress and helped with our choice of flowers. There were several bouquets on display which were beautifully presented at this late hour on a Saturday afternoon. It was great that she was open and so helpful. Thank you so much.
