Country Cat started in the fall of 1991. Dave and Mark Wanderscheid ( owners ) started young in the business. Dave was 20, Mark was 16 with 2 years of high school left. Country Cat started small and the first year we only ordered 14 machines. Today we are one of the largest Arctic Cat dealers in the nation. We also maintain one of the highest C.S.I. I placed a order that was thousands of dollars. I am Canadian and paid with a Canadian credit card, they took my money then refunded the card and told me to use PayPal due to “credit card fraud”. How ever I was still charged for the exchange rate because they should have denied my payment rather than take it and refund it so I got stuck with a $200 bill for exchanging the money they took. I called the store and talked to the service department explaining to them that I needed spare keys made for my 2016 Arctic Cat ATV. I read them my VIN and said that they would make them and ship them to me. I received blank keys. What am I supposed to do with these?? I called their customer service and received no help.
