Ordered a new iact module for a 19 sled. They shipped me a 2021 manufactured part as new. When I questioned this they said this is what Arctic Cat shipped them. Drone to a local dealer 30 min away to find they had 2025 modules on the shelf for $10 more than country cat. Wanted to return the new old stock to county cat and they begrudgingly agreed. I placed a order that was thousands of dollars. I am Canadian and paid with a Canadian credit card, they took my money then refunded the card and told me to use PayPal due to “credit card fraud”. How ever I was still charged for the exchange rate because they should have denied my payment rather than take it and refund it so I got stuck with a $200 bill for exchanging the money they took. I called the store and talked to the service department explaining to them that I needed spare keys made for my 2016 Arctic Cat ATV. I read them my VIN and said that they would make them and ship them to me. I received blank keys. What am I supposed to do with these?? I called their customer service and received no help.
