I ordered a carpet costing £1200 for my stairs and hall after 2 years of ringing and complaints I finally got my carpet sorted and the result was not good. Please check the pictures. Is this what anyone would expect after paying that money and if the employees would be happy with that work in their own home then there is a problem 🤔
