Steve is amazing. He picked up an assortment of rugs from us with an offer of a quick turnaround to help us move in to our house. Days later, our dog had an accident on new wall-to-wall carpet. Our spot cleaners were ineffective, so we called Steve. He was here the next day with a van full of powerful equipment. He vanished the stain, and the new carpet looked better than before. Our local carpet company respects him, and we get it.
