TL;DR Johnathan missed the appointment to give me a quote on sheet vinyl install. When he did come, he made claims about how good of a job they'll do, great price and maybe even doing it in the weekend. Then completely ghosted me despite me trying to reach out via email, call 4-5 times over 4-day period and leaving at least two voicemails.
