The staff at Shepparton are so helpful and friendly I have brought a walker plus electric wheelchair both what I expected to receive, the wheelchair was delivered to my home and explained in detail Thankyou
My Uncle got a new mobility scooter delivered and it is a disgrace. It looks like the battery charger is second hand,the hood on it is not fitted properly and looks second hand. The seat moves and it is not safe for people to sit on. My Uncle does not feel safe when he is driving it. I think this company needs to be accountable.
Went into the shop and there was no other customers. The girl at the counter was on the phone. She saw me but continued talking. After she'd finished the phone rang again and she answered it too. Really. Terrible customer service. 🙄
