I’m very disappointed but have no other options. My internet goes down at least 3 times a day… country cable has not been able to fix it!
Country Cablevision has some of the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. Twice their faulty cable boxes malfunctioned on me, which caused me to miss several days of premium programming that I was paying for (HBO), as well as to lose all the programs I had recorded on my DVR both times. I requested a modest adjustment to my bill to compensate me for the loss of these services that I had paid for, and my request was denied. This is the absolute WORST cable company in the world. We are in************** have called a million times and they don't know how to make basic WIFI work. They lie to you and tell you that you are on the Analog system while others are on fiber optics and this is the reason we are having issues. DONT FALL FOR IT! The absolute worst.
I have noticed that my cable channels especially CBS 11 has been experiencing interruptive service and I had technicians at my home to investigate but, the problem persists. I have noticed similar complaints since September from other customers and the same excuse,"We have to install an antenna and be patient", was provided to customers over and over again. horrible service for a local company perfect example of the little guys getting shut down due to bigger corporations they have awful awful customer service members with horrible hateful lying reps been a customer of ccvn since 2011 had no problems until I moved to another address then got lied to and yelled at Because I got fed up of being lied to was told two weeks hook up time for fiber then at last moment got told 4 to 6 months hook up time bad thing is they are only provider in area so I'm screwed either way ccvn dies n... read more
