We had a wonderful experience finding my daughter the perfect homecoming dress! Everyone was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful!
I was very impressed. Not just with the store itself, but the level of commitment and service. My wife needed a mother of the bride dress. She really isn't much of a shopper for "fancy" things. They were so patient and helpful. They really made the process easy. We decided on a dress and was able to easily find the shoes, earrings and a necklace that all matched perfectly me thank you so much for your help.
I drove about an hour to get here but let me tell you that I wasn’t disappointed! There are two levels of dresses, enough dresses to make Macy’s want to step up their game! Everything was attention to details from the shoes, jewelry right down to hair and make up. This is your “ONE STOP SHOP”! I purchased the second dress I tried on only because the first one was too large. Alterations ruined my dress! We needed alterations and they sent us to the one in Lebanon. Both in store and at alteration appt, I was assured they could alter the dress to the way I wanted. When I went to pick it up, it was not completed. I was then told they couldn’t adjust it…she tried … but it was not the look I wanted nor told I would have.
