Don't let them work on your car. Usually a service should fix the problems, not make it worse and also make new, unrelated issues at the same time. I am continuing to find issues from letting them replace axle seals.
Been going there for three years, they always treated me great and never had a bad interaction with any one.
I highly recommend Kellan Walker in the Service Department! I've worked with him several times when taking my vehicle in for maintenance, and he has always been a pleasure to deal with. He makes the entire process smooth and stress-free, and he keeps me well informed every step of the way. If you need service at Dulles Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, be sure to ask for Kellan -- you won't be disappointed!
