If I could give zero stars, I would. The owner recently posted, ... "Here at Country Brook, we pride ourselves on excellent client and patient care...". I FEEL JUST THE OPPOSITE. Maybe they do care about your pets, but the following story is about what happened to me: We brought in our usually active 14 month old Standard Poodle in as an emergency because of his extreme lethargy. This clinic is busy for a reason! They are that good and worth the wait! My dog used to be afraid of the vet, until we met Dr.Pipes and the clinic staff! They changed her view of the vet experience and have been extremely thorough. I value this type of pet care it’s not something you will find at every clinic. The knowledge and kindness is A+ for the entire staff!

Dr pipes has been our vet for over 20 years. One of the best caring dr I have ever come across. He genuinely cares for the well being of the animal. And put their needs first.
I don’t know what to say. We’ve brought all of our dogs here and when we added a new puppy to the family he was no different. ZeeBu was a brief flicker of light in our lives and although we lost him at 12 weeks old due to a genetic seizure disorder Dr. Pipes and the rest of the staff did everything in their power to get him better, make him comfortable, and increase the quality of his life.
