Janelle’s behaviour is utterly revolting
SAVE YOUR SANITY AND DO NOT GO HERE Janelle Power is a nasty, rude woman who should not be doing bridal alterations as she lacks the required skill. Her hand-stitched “alterations” are atrocious and downright EMBARRASSING. My blind dog could do a better job than this woman. She has a long history of butchering dresses, gaslighting people into thinking that her mistakes are “normal”, overcharging and refusing rightful refunds. Janelle at Country Brides is an absolute gem! I walked in with a challenge of not only finding a dress 3 months before my wedding buuut I needed my dress altered as well (once I finally found my dress). She made the whole experience so memorable and we worked together in creating something so beautiful I would highly recommend her xxx
