My AC unit stopped cooling so I called them, spoke with Chad and he said they could come out that day and look at it, they showed up a couple hours later and had it cooling again in less than 30 minutes, I was impressed with the fact that most companies take several days to get to you, but this company does it's best to get to you as fast as possible, plus they don't overcharge you for emergencies, would definitely recommend giving them a try.
