Lebanese bread is not meant to fall apart when eating with especially when fresh. This bread when straight from the bakery falls apart and is not good. Lebanese people use there hands when eating the bread needs to be able to be constantly handled and cope with it. This bread fails in every way. The older ladies in my family suggest the bakery is not using enough YEAST and possibly too much sugar.
