Micah Clark was hired to truck in clay dirt to build up my driveway ramp in 2019. He brought in river silt. He was told that dirt would wash away. He then brought in a load of clay dirt and told us that it was going to hold once the rocks were put down, but it hasn't. Now he won't answer emails or text messages and his phone number is not accepting any calls.
