I was there recently and experienced the best customer service from Dale. She is friendly, helpful and knows about customer service. Purchased the meat pies and they were delicious.

I bought 6 scotch pies last week. They were off. Sour as if vinegar was in the meat. I threw them all out. Also the meat tasted heavily of dried mint. Who in their right mind puts dried mint into in Scotch pies? There should only be lots of black pepper, no other spice.The vinegar taste stayed in my mouth for an hour which leads to to believe it wasn't vinegar making it taste sour... Where Have All the Good Scotch Pies Gone? ⭐️⭐️☆☆☆ I recently tried the Scotch meat pie, the result wasn’t particularly appetizing, and unfortunately found it quite disappointing. The pastry was quite dry and had a somewhat doughy texture, with the edges looking overbaked and the top slightly collapsed rather than having the nice domed finish you would normally expect from a good Scotch pie. Visited, and tried some meat pies and tarts! They were delicious, and the staff were great - helpful and friendly! My favorite was the millionaire tart.
