My daughter had initially taken her car here and they were really polite and fabulous, in working with her and "repaired" her cooling system and installed a new radiator and then she had an oil change done. Which was postponed multiple times and they did not change the oil. They dumped an additional 2 to 3 qt on top of old oil, which resulted in white smoke going out of the car.
