Working with Country Arch has been a great experience. The team is professional, responsive, and easy to work with, and they truly care about the people they serve. Everything is handled efficiently and with compassion, which makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. I especially want to recognize Andi she has been wonderful to work with and consistently goes above and beyond!
I fave it when one star because I couldn’t give it a zero. The facility was great however their billing is horrible. Rivky will chase you to make sure the facility is covered however; her Esther and Chava (all of them work for the billing department)!will not provide any billing statements to make sure was charged and what was billed matches. BE AWARE OF THEIT BILLING PRACTICES.
Country Arch provided a caring environment for my Grandmother for 10 years. The staff there are so dedicated and caring, there is a lot of longevity with the team so you know you have people you can count on. Professionally I have begun working with them more through partnering with Kristina Bischoff who has done an amazing job putting Country Arch on the map for folks in and around Hunterdon County who didn't know what a great place it is. Tucked back in the farm land its peaceful and I highly recommend them!
