As a recent transplant to Champaign, this has rapidly become one of my favorite places! Prices for high quality plants and landscaping materials are extremely reasonable. They will also deliver large quantities of mulch, landscaping stones, etc. I had them plant a tree for me and they did a great job start to finish. There are goats to feed, " shop cats" in residence and very nice gifts. Highly recommend!
What a great experience. I have always done my yard work. Country Arbors let me walk all over uninterrupted. I did this twice till I thought I knew what I wanted. Chris has brought a few loads of dirt to me in Pesotum. I went in to speak to Tiffany asked if she could let me see Chris. She hooked him up with me as soon as was done with another customer. I ordered an oak tree tree (plus planting) for my yard a couple of months ago. It was planted about a week after I ordered it and it is still doing well. Country Arbors did a nice job of helping me select the correct tree as well as communicating how to properly take care of it. I would recommend them to anyone else looking for something similar.
Nearly all the Arborvitae trees they planted for me died, one after another. When removing them, I discovered the root balls were still wrapped in metal wire baskets and burlap — materials that should have been removed before planting. In Champaign’s dense clay soil, this severely restricts root growth and water absorption, which likely caused the failure. Everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful with finding what I need for my business. If someone was not knowledgeable they would find someone to assist.. excellent selection of all types of plants, trees, flowers.
