Gracious and kind. Today, we said goodbye to my 11-year-old border collie riddled with arthritis, in pain and unable to walk. Dr. Jessica Jones, the practice owner, could not have been nicer in a difficult time. Simply put: she made it come out all right. She (re)assured me, we were doing the right thing --these things are never easy, full of doubts. She was sensitive and skilled in the soft and practical aspects of a difficult task.
