Disappointed that they would not see my two dogs at the same time. Apparently, my time is not valuable to them as I am a half-hour away and it is assumed that my costs, gas and missing work for a couple of hours, are negligible when the convenient solution for them is to see them separately. I guess I am spoiled by my regular vet back home who considers it a privilege to serve as opposed to being too important to be inconvenienced. I guess Mid-West nice is something I'll have to learn not to expect here. :(
Unfortunately, we had to put our cat, Missy down but it was time and the staff was very caring and professional. They explained everything thoroughly and were very compassionate with Missy and myself. Highly recommend this hospital for our furry family.

Steve called Friday for our 13 year old Chesapeake Ruckus who is in pain. Erika did a biopsy near his backside and to rule out cancer. Results in a week. We highly recommend Dr Erika Keady
