Bought a mobile home in the community a few months ago & can say astonished at how quiet it is . Most lights are out & people are asleep by 10pm . There's no partying going on around here . Lot rent is $400 & $84 for water & trash . Kinda keeps the tenants Working, retired or on Disability.
Most the neighbors are really awesome. The one thing I do have to say is there's a lot of times where we just don't have any water. If someone breaks the pipe they turn off the whole trailer park. If someone needs to fix something, the whole trailer park loses water.
