We looked into this place for boarding our furbaby. I sent an email inquiry and they were responsive and answered my questions. They did explain that before they accept any new dogs, you must pay to send them for a sort of trial day. Never heard of that before for a kennel but…ok. I agreed and we set up a date and I said we would like to view the facility when we dropped him off.
