In April 2020 I paid for 3hrs of design services. It’s June 2021, I don’t have a design or a refund. I requested a 10x11 garden space with existing sage and hydrangea. I have had contact with the company since. They offer an apology here under my review, but never to me personally, nor did they offer me any options to get a garden design or a refund. 🤷🏽♀️
Country Air Lawn Care LLC. is by far one of the best companies I have had the pleasure of working for, the owner is and always respectful,professional and honest. Country Air Lawn Care LLC. also does great work at a professional level with affordable pricing and they always try to help and do what they can for each and every client. They go above and beyond out in the field, ever job they do the client(s) always give great recommendations and just talk so highly of the owner Andrew Rittenhouse and the amazing work they do.
Takes money of potential client and never returns calls or executes the work. Seriously, how dishonest is it to take money and not do the job? Or, if you're not going to do the job, not refund the money? Pretty awful! Redeem yourself, AR! You know what you did!
Would not recommend anyone use this service. If I were able to give a 0 star rating thats what it would be
