I was the only black person out there and they let it be known and I m also disable and they took that and used it to their advanage I was paying 900 a month and they act like I wasn t. I would never advise anyone to live there at all ecspecially if your black.
I would NOT recommend living here the mgr seems nice enough but his wife is the rudest person I have ever met. I would not want to have to deal with her and apparently you have no choice. She makes things her business. I especially dont want to hear about how christian she is when she has no respect for ppl. This should be a business relationship not a personal one. I am SO GLAD I chose NOT to live here! If this mobile home park ever gets new managment I may reconsider.
