If I could give zero stars I would,
DO NOT rent here. This place is trash, the owners are trash too. Both the old and new owners. There is mold in the basement apartments and will not address the issue. The water is rusty, you can smell it while doing dishes or showering. The laundry room will leave rust stains on your clothes so you have to go to the laundromat. The plumbing doesn't work, toilet only flushes when it wants to. Nice yard but you can't play in the back because that's where the septic system is and it's full when it rains and you can smell it. Pleasant experience so far. I was allowed to keep my corgi/lab mix and I very much appreciate that! They're doing a lot of renovations to their properties and it's looking nice.
