Countiss was the practicioner treating my husband following emergency neck surgery. She was very quick to be in and out of the room in the hospital. However, when seeing the neurosurgeon she was very rude to my husband when he was trying to get some paperwork completed for his leave from work. She messed up his claim and we have had to hire an attorney. This could have been avoided if she had slowed down long enough to communicate instead of rushing around.
