Brought a rare specialist towing truck back in March, had a low gvm but was advised not to worry, the gcm was the weight on go off for payload. Turns out that was completely wrong and was majorly misled. Vtnz confirmed the truck has no legal payload. Has done nothing to rectify the matter and also avoiding my lawyers phonecalls for a resolution.
