Horrible Experience We have a very small kitchen—really small. When we first contacted HD Countertops, we informed them of the estimated timeline for our cabinet installation. They dismissed it and told us we had to call after the cabinets were completely installed, which we did. Once we called, they scheduled the measurement 10 days later. I managed to get it moved up to 4 days, but even after that, it took a full month to finally schedule the countertop installation. SHOULD BE 0 STARS I began to write a more detailed review, but I saw that other reviewers have already experienced similar problems and concerns (including another reviewer who beat me to observing that Google should offer a "0 star rating." Did a good job on our counters. We’re on schedule and installed them nicely.
Updated review: After I complained to HomeDepot, CountertopsHD called the next day to rectify the situation. They recut the stovetop segment per my initial request and came out within 1 week and installed it. The stovetop still comes out about 3/8" since it wasn't cut with the rest, but I will cover that with the tile backsplash. I ordered my countertop through Home Depot Columbia of Viatera Nocturne. It was a large U-shaped design with 6’ legs and 8’ base (inside measurement). The counter had an under mount sink with 4 holes and a stovetop. The design CountertopsHD provided a design of 7 pieces with the sink cut from one piece, but the stove top consisting of 4 pieces.
