We recently had Dekton countertops installed on our existing cabinets. There were minor communication lapses and an unfortunate defect in the countertops noticed by the team prior to install. I'm suspecting most home improvement projects come with some hiccups. Final installation was delayed 2 weeks (due to having to reorder and re-cut the slabs) but everyone was professional and the countertops are installed and look beautiful.
