Harol was excellent and the install guys did a fantastic job. We had a defect in our quartz and they sent a crew back to try and fix it. It didn't work so the replaced it. Excellent customer service. If you need new countertops, these guys are quick, good, and priced well.

Harol was professional, efficient and timely with the estimate and when the counters could be ready. The team arrived on time, worked well together and installed quickly and seamlessly for a perfect job with no damage to our new cabinets, walls etc. Very happy with the Countertops team product, installation and customer service. Price was competitive with other firms.
Harol was great to deal with and the installers did wonderful work. Very pleased with the Quartz countertops we selected. They brought the slab we loved in from Calgary for us. Prices were competitive with the big box stores. The installers were in and out in a timely manner despite having to do a "custom" cutout for the one slab. They came prepared and very clearly experienced. The two installers worked well as a team and were efficient. They protected the floor and were ready for a few curve balls in my older home.
Professionalism and quality from start to finish. Highly highly recommended. We almost went with Ikea but chose to keep our business local believing workmanship and accountability would be better for a modest premium. We're glad we did. Harol brought samples to our home, offered suggestions on email a couple times, answered all of our questions with patience, and took measurements with no deposit required.
