Roger was a huge helped and made my purchase quick and easy. Highly recommend cfm!
I wish I could shop here for everything. I have never in my life experienced service like this under one roof. At this particular CFM location I have witnessed the most superior customer service multiple times. This does not feel like 2026. I have worked with several individuals who are all great but I can only recall Renee and Roger by name. These are the types of people who bring more so we forget others bring less. Great business

I am very satisfied with the store, especially with Renee, the salesperson who was so patient with me on my multiple visits deciding what floor to choose. She was very helpful. I will recommend this store to anybody in need for flooring
First class showroom. Large inventory to choose from. Our sales person, Lisa, is friendly and easy to work with. She presented us many choices to choose from and made recommendations to help us make our decisions. We had a no pressure shopping experience.
