I don't live in the area, but called this shop because they had done my friend's countertops years ago and had installed an equipment under the countertop and I was looking for the clips they had used. They went above and beyond to help me figure out the clips I needed to mount my equipment. I was supper impressed by the level of customer service I received.
Not willing to help out in any way even to order materials. Just basically said no not interested.
