Extreme unprofessional! Ron expects you to be grateful for hiring him. In addition he seems to like to make appointments and not keep them. This wouldn't be such a problem if he would let you know he wasn't going to be able to make it. If you decided to hire this company I hope you are the type of person that likes watching grass grow and do not mind being treated as though your his help.
