Customer service par excellence! Carol (owner) bent over backwards to help me get new reading glasses from IZIPIZI. I love their glasses, but to my dismay, the rim broke on 2 of my 3 pairs. Carol did her do diligence & sent me 2 new pairs. They are under a 2 year warrenty. Within 3 days of my call to Counterpoint, I had new glasses. Love her shop - always make a stop when in Rochester. Great shop with fun unique items. I’ve been shopping here since the late 90’s-early 2000’s. The other day I was browsing and found an adorable stuffed animal I was going to give as a gift. I was carrying it around as I was finishing up my browsing. Suddenly, the clerk was right next to me, taking the merchandise out of my hand and telling me it would be waiting for me at the counter when I was ready. The clerk was so kind and helpful - she helped me find a beautiful gift for my grandparents that they love! So many options of beautiful, unique, high-quality items in a wide price range.
Great shop, unique kitchen items
I LOVE this store!!! Every time we visit Rochester we make sure to stop by at least once and we are never disappointed. The quality and variety of the merchandise is truly impressive. We always leave with multiple items. In addition we have always found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The owner even took the time to point out a number of restaurants we might want to check out during our visit. Altogether a wonderful experience.
