I just had an amazing first experience here! I’m on a slow (but steady) self-care journey, and as an overweight person, I still find places like this a bit intimidating. Darla was absolutely wonderful - she was welcoming, warm, and helpful. Did the dry float and I felt like I got a couple extra hours of sleep. I’m including the nervous (but excited) selfie I sent my daughter before getting in. 😂 Can’t wait to go back!
The technology and expertise offered at Counter Negative is state of the art. For the past 6 months, for three days a week, I do the red light therapy, followed by the Infrared sauna, followed by the cryotherapy. I would estimate my skin looks 20 to 30 years younger than when I started.
