I just had an amazing first experience here! I’m on a slow (but steady) self-care journey, and as an overweight person, I still find places like this a bit intimidating. Darla was absolutely wonderful - she was welcoming, warm, and helpful. Did the dry float and I felt like I got a couple extra hours of sleep. I’m including the nervous (but excited) selfie I sent my daughter before getting in. 😂 Can’t wait to go back!
The technology and expertise offered at Counter Negative is state of the art. For the past 6 months, for three days a week, I do the red light therapy, followed by the Infrared sauna, followed by the cryotherapy. I would estimate my skin looks 20 to 30 years younger than when I started.
Best recovery center in the area! Counter Negative has top of the line equipment. Very clean and welcoming environment. Darla the owner is amazing and knows her stuff! Go try it out. You won’t regret it.
Counter Negative takes wellness to a whole new level. I had no idea how beneficial all of their services are. If i could pick a favorite service it would be Red Light, the benefits are phenomenal... but truly every service is state of the art. What started as a journey to heal from the inside turned into a place of relaxation, reflection and healing.
