We are thrilled with our kitchen countertops! Counter Intelligence is a years old, family run business. And, it keeps its employees for life. That says a lot. When Eluid and Jonathan came out to take the measurements, I immediately sensed the expertise and caring that was materialized in the final work. Family owned and operated very professional from start to finish. New counter tops in kitchen and bathroom. Demolished dirty grout tiles in one day cleaned up throughly. They arrived on the dot at 9:00 o’clock every morning. Five day job done in three. Highly recommended everyone was a pleasure to work with! Beautiful work!

Good and bad: -The counters in my kitchen have a quiet elegance and were impeccably installed. -The installation of the backsplash was badly planned, they were supposed to send a well instructed team but sent installers who were not briefed, then, at my instance, the right person came. Still, I had to constantly be on top of things that were missed.
