Counter Impressions - I wish I could give them a 5 ⭐️ rating but I can’t. Their Customer Service SUCKS !!! After several weeks of miscommunication to NO communication (whether it was via phone - I usually had to leave a message and never received a callback. Email - wouldn’t go thru as the mailbox was full. I even tried FB PM and finally got an answer 3 days later but no phone call). They had issues w accepting 4 different credit cards (one was an American Express) because of “cashback” issues per QuickBooks. I finally ... read more
I am not one to typically write reviews, but my experience with this company was an awful one! Matt and his company do not care about the customer and their communication is the worst I've ever dealt with. They didn't return calls, they messed up multiple times during my bathroom remodel and what I was told would be a 3-4 week job turned into 10 weeks.
