I have seen a few bad reviews on here and thought that I should share a good one. Seems like people are more-likely to post something when they are upset and less likely when they are happy, which I can understand. But this reviews is for those that are on the fence about Counter Fit. I actually found Counter Fit through the granite supplier along with many others on a printed out list. I purchased through Home Depot a counter top. It was installed and looked ok for a while but then at Christmas time, my countertop cracked. I called Home Depot who relayed to Counter Fit that it needed to be fixed and to call me. They never called. I had to reach out to them. The service guy came to my house and agreed it was not heat that caused the problem. He said he had to talk to his boss and never called me back. I notified Home Depot. Went in without an appointment, looking for remnants to finish our custom bath vanity. We dealt with Eddie, who was able to help us out, organized some custom cuts, and we were able to pick up our pieces in less than 2 days. I believe they mostly work on newer houses, and subdivisions, but it was still great to be able to ask for, and receive homeowner help.

Hi Have been using Counter Fit for most of my projects through the years and I can't say enough about how great they are! I get personalized attention, calls when their team is close to arrival, follow up afterwards and most of all...they do great work! I highly recommend them for any of your countertop needs.

I attempted multiple times to get the price of their advertised sinks made from soapstone and they refused- literally would not give me a price. Buyer BEWARE! This company might be called Counterfit for a good reason. The experience of having to repeatedly ask for a price, and dealing with their unethical sales practice has really soured me- if I could give them 0 stars- I would.
