Lack of supplies for the Humphreys. Everything we go, they are out of some ingredients, strawberries, blueberries, and granola.
Poorly operated. They are either out of yogurt or close early. This has happened to us several times and again tonight. Closed at 6:40. Save yourself a wasted trip and go to either location on Line Ave. Never disappointed there.
I come to this place every time I come to Shreveport. It’s delicious! I go through the drive thru so I have no idea what the atmosphere inside is like. I usually order a Humphrey. I always order mine without honey and they have no problem with it. The fruit is always fresh. I hate mushy fruit. So never any problems there. The workers are professional and kind. Tried some of the sandwiches. Loved all that I have tried so far. Great place!!
I have visited this location 3 separate times over the past couple months; each time my order has been wrong. From incorrect/ missing toppings, hair in my Humphrey, and today thinking I had no banana only to find 3 slices at the bottom of the container. Luckily no bad attitudes from the staff, but pretty disappointing to continuously have to get my order re-made or be shorted.
