John Barnhart was very nice and tried to make the job right. There were workmen out here 8-9 times because the job was not done right. They installed countertops and back splash. They damaged drywall taking out the old countertops, installed the countertop by the sink without installing the backsplash. That countertop had to be taken out along with the plumbing disconnected for the 2nd time. They are exceptional. They used a porcelain countertop remnant to create a beautiful fireplace surround. They demoed the old one, took multiple measurements and installed the surround-all at a reasonable price.
Had a wonderful experience working with Counter Culture for our new countertops! John B. was our main point of contact. From the start, he was very easy to communicate with and flexible with his availability to visit the showroom. There was an ample selection of materials to fit a range of price points.
