Alex and his team were fantastic to work with very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. Even though my project was small, Alex completed and installed it quickly. We’re extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend them and use them again in the future.
We're happy we chose to go with Counter Culture for fabrication and installation of porcelain slabs in our kitchen. The whole process, from getting a quotation to finalizing the details of the project to installation, was seamless. Alex was very responsive and always helpful in explaining the process and answering any questions we had. We are very pleased with the end result and the work done by Alex and his team and would recommend them to anyone looking to install large format porcelain slabs.
From beginning to end very professional service. Specialists in working with Porcelain. Had a little glitch with delivery of a porcelain slab but Alex was on it. One of the least stressful elements of my renovation was my experience with Alex and team at Counter Culture. I had a complicated, multi step fireplace and surround installation and they approached it with confidence and the attention to detail it deserved; which in turn made me trust them completely. You get one shot at getting this done right and these guys nailed it!
I had arek and Alex come and install our kitchen countertop and mosaic tile backsplash. They did a fantastic job with the entire install. Everything fits and looks great, me and my family are very happy with the finished product. Both guys were very professional and courteous, followed all safety protocols and were very nice to deal with. I would highly recommend. Thanks
