We needed countertop cut in island due to purchasing new stove, I called 15 countertop companies to cut a two inch cut to fit new stove in not one company would even consider this finally I called counter concepts they said it would be no problem they were so friendly and were here within two days came made cut cleaned up didn’t cost much was done within half hour or so now new stove fits perfect I would highly recommend this company and even helped cut a new edge to look better Thank you for helping with such a smaller job ... read more
From the quality of product to the installation the entire process was a dream.Damon and Charles the installers were excellent from the beginning of installation to cleaning up, they explained how to take care of the countertops and answered all of our questions. I can’t say enough about Mike and his team if you are looking for beautiful countertops and excellent craftsmanship look no further than Counter Concepts.
Recently, I had to have some work done on my granite countertop. My warranty company contacted Counter Concepts to take care of of and WOW is saying it all. I dealt with Beth and she had Brian come to our home to help us out. I cannot say enough good remarks about this company. They truly care about customer service and were very professional and quick on helping us fix our issues. We are so happy with how our countertops look now. We definitely recommend them!!!!
