Franklin was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with the process of getting the power back to our property and helped us every step of the way. When he came to give a quote for the service of upgrading meter can from 60 amp to 200amp as directed by CPS, he was very professional and reasonable and explained everything in lament terms where I understood all details. Through the process he took care of everything including meeting with City Public Service reps when there were some issues on our part. Frank and his crew are top notch. They showed up on time, respected the property and did a fabulous job hooking up my hot tub at a reasonable price. Reliable businesses are hard to find these days but I got lucky with these two.

Franklin Martinez did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. Excellent customer service skills who listened to our needs and executed a perfect plan of action.
