Count On It has been nothing but professional, helpful, and affordable. When I initially contacted them, I made it clear that I was on a budget and my kitchen work would have to be in phases. They completely understood and had no problem working with me as i had the funds. I had them remove an old 1960s built in that was in my kitchen and move my oven (outlets and vent) to a different wall. Always done right and the job site is clean when they're done
They tore out some old nasty carpet and replaced it with vinyl. The job is well-done. They were in contact the entire time and communicated anytime they hit an unexpected issue that may affect the total cost of the project. They were efficient as well, which we appreciated since we moved out of the house while they were working. Would absolutely hire them again!
Justin and his team provided effective, efficient, and high quality trade craft in the full conversion of our garage to living space. Great communication of needed decisions and challenges. Job was started early and completed timely. In one word: Trustworthy.
Justin Moody was very unprofessional and did not adequately coordinate concrete. Told me a date and then rescheduled the day of. I understand that things change and just asked him when they would be available again to minimize moving our schedules around. He then proceeded to get upset and back out of the contract. Don't be fooled by the good reviews. Thankfully he saved us by backing out of the contract before he started. Terrible customer service!
