I have had two different experiences here. My first was a counselling session, which was my last years ago. My second experience is where if I could I wouldn't leave any stars, but that is not an option. I had to undergo a Parenting Capacity assessment while dealing with Family Court. I only recently was going through my court files and decided to read back over the assessment. The assessment deemed me as just above the borderline of being intellectually functioning. If I could give like zero stars, I definitely would. Tried several times to get any sort of help, and nothing but a volley ball game instead of any kind of decent form of humanity. Not hard to tell where this country is heading. You can only reach out for help and deal with garbage, for so long. Then it gets to the point where the very last straw that breaks the camel's back once and for all. Then it's time to walk away permanently.

The infant and child development program is the best resource I could have found. Our worker Kendra has been the most supportive and resourceful professional that I have come across in our journey for help with my developmentally delayed grandchildren. She has definitely gone above and beyond for our family and this program has well exceeded my expectations. I am very grateful to have found it.
