If I could give 0 stars I would. We had an appointment with Katherine for some marriage Councilling, we booked and paid online- $238. The week prior to our appointment we contacted her to reschedule as we had something come up (her policy was within 48 hrs) we didn't get a response, tried calling her for 3 days, emailing etc. no response. She finally got back to us about 1 week after our original appointment was booked, we then struggled to find a suitable time as she was so hard to get in touch with. I've been working with Katherine for a few months now and she's helped me tremendously. She is incredible at what she does and will really be able to help you get to the bottom of any issues you might have. She's very kind and goes above and beyond to help.
Katherine has been an amazingly supportive counsellor, whilst I have worked through a violent work place incident. Not only has she provided techniques to help me move through the trauma but also strategies to maintain good mental health and self- care. Katherine ensures you feel heard and validated in each session. I’m very grateful to have my initial counselling session with her 10 months ago, as I have now moved into a place of healing. Seen a few councillors but Katherine and Vlasta are the best both gave me more help in 1 sessions than other councillor in multiple sessions. I honestly can not thank you enough. 5 stars is not enough, I would rate it 10 at least
