I am so grateful for my counselling sessions with Katherine. She helped me feel comfortable and supported, while also gently challenging my fears. If I could give 0 stars I would. We had an appointment with Katherine for some marriage Councilling, we booked and paid online- $238. The week prior to our appointment we contacted her to reschedule as we had something come up (her policy was within 48 hrs) we didn't get a response, tried calling her for 3 days, emailing etc. no response. She finally got back to us about 1 week after our original appointment was booked, we then struggled to find a suitable time as she was so hard to get in touch with.
