My first visit at this office was exceptional.The office staff worked together as if a well oiled machine. The wait time was brief, which was very appreciated. I found Dr. Counsell to be warm and gracious from the first moment she walked into the examining room. I felt very comfortable asking questions, and Dr. Counsell patiently listened and addressed each question thoroughly- with courtesy and professionalism.
