The staff is great here. It's nice having a clinic close by.
I did the TMS program here and it went great! They communicated clearly what the program entailed (36 daily treatments) and walked me through each step so that I was knowledgeable and comfortable throughout the process. Josh was a great technician and made daily meetings enjoyable! TMS helped treat my depression and I began to see small daily changes that helped my overall way of life. Grateful for the team here!
My son participated in Nero feedback therapy. The office was fantastic. Sydney was the best receptionist ever! She was great at keeping schedules straight and accommodating changes to the appointments. Josh Pitt was extremely professional and personable. He was able to connect with my child and made doing the protocol something my son looked forward to attending. Both the employees and therapists create a genuine healing environment. Counseling here feels client-focused. Scheduling, billing, and communication is all convenient and effecient. Y'all rock my socks off. :)
