They don't take hsa debit cards or any cards at all. . Very very fishy to me. I would stay away from this quack.
I took my son to have and Autism evaluation in July and I was told it would ttake 6 weeks for the results. After 2 months I still hadn't gotten results. I started calling the office and was told that Dr. Charles was still working on it. It's been 9 months now and still mo results and the last few months no on answers phone at all. I googled the doctor and it says office permanently closed. If it would let me rate it no stars I would!!
