Just started going back to therapy a few months ago. I’ve had a really debilitating injury that has added to the depression and anxiety I already deal with on a normal day to day basis. I also have a lot of past trauma that I’ve never worked through. Called and got scheduled with Sara and I would never be able to give this woman the praise she truly deserves!
